1. Who we are

SenangUrus is a trademark registered of Armiena Group Sdn. Bhd., with its head office at Kuala Lumpur, 50480 Malaysia. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Armiena Group Sdn. Bhd. operating as SenangUrus.

2. Use of this website

Content on this website is provided for general information about our products and services. It is not a substitute for a written proposal, statement of work or subscription agreement. Prices, module inclusions and product names shown are indicative and may change; the quotation issued to you governs.

3. Subscriptions & licensing

SenangUrus is licensed on a subscription basis per edition, business account and user entitlement. Subscriptions are billed annually in advance unless otherwise agreed. Usage beyond your plan's entitlements (additional business accounts, user blocks or modules) is charged at published add-on rates or as agreed in writing.

4. Implementation & services

Implementation, data migration, training, custom development and support outside your plan are delivered under a separate scope of work. Estimates are valid for 30 days. Customer responsibilities (data access, decision-makers availability, timely feedback and test sign-off) are conditions of the agreed timeline.

5. Customer data

Data you enter into the platform remains yours. We process it to operate and support the service, and can export it to you on request. Our platform is hosted on managed infrastructure with daily backups and role-based access control, and access to customer data by our staff is restricted and logged.

6. Privacy

We collect contact details you submit through forms (name, company, email, phone, message) and use them to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and provide support. We do not sell personal data. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us using the details on our contact page.

7. Cookies & consent

This site sets no cookie of its own before you decide, and no analytics, advertising or social plug-in runs on load. Your decision is stored on your own device under the key su.consent.v1, and it records only the categories you allowed, the version of this notice and the time you decided. That record is strictly necessary: delete it in your browser and the choice is simply asked again.

The categories are strictly necessary — hosting, security and the record of your choice, always active; analytics — off until you allow it, would count visits and show which pages and sections are used; marketing — off until you allow it, would keep advertising relevant on third-party platforms.

Third parties: web fonts are served by Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) and carry no cookies; customer story videos are served by YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) only after you press play; links to social media, WhatsApp and customer websites leave this site and run under their own policies. We run no advertising or analytics tags today. If we introduce any, they load only after you allow the matching category.

Change or withdraw your choice at any time: reopen the cookie settings (also linked in the footer of every page), or clear stored data in your browser. Withdrawing consent stops any optional tag from loading on your next visit; it does not affect what already ran lawfully before.

8. Security

Access to the platform requires authentication with role-based permissions, transmitted over encrypted connections. Administrative and configuration changes are logged. Daily backups are retained, and recovery procedures are tested. Security documentation can be provided for procurement or audit review under a confidentiality undertaking. Our security page sets out the controls we maintain, our processing locations and our breach-notification commitment; our sub-processor list names every company that can reach personal data and where it processes it.

9. Availability & support

We target continuous availability of the hosted platform outside published maintenance windows. Support is provided during Malaysian business hours with response times per your plan; enterprise plans may include a tailored service level agreement.

10. Intellectual property

The SenangUrus name, logo, product names and platform code are owned by us or our licensors. Customer data, customer-authored reports and customer configuration remain the customer's property. Reproduction of our content for commercial purposes requires written permission.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website is limited, and liability for subscription services is governed by the subscription agreement, including any agreed liability cap. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as our products and legal requirements evolve. Material changes affecting active subscriptions are communicated to your registered contact. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
