Onboarding checklist

New store onboarding checklist

An English working copy of the official Senarai Semak Onboarding — DNA by SenangUrus checklist (the PDF download is the original Bahasa Melayu document). Tick items as you complete them: progress is stored in this browser, so you can close the page and come back. Print it at the end for your records.

Work through it alongside the onboarding guide, which explains each phase in plain language and tells you where in the system to go.

Eleven sections, 57 items. Your ticks are stored in this browser only.

FAQ

Checklist questions

01/Do I lose my progress if I close the page?
No. Ticks and the store details you type are saved in this browser on this device. They are not uploaded to us and do not follow you to another device or browser — print the checklist when you want a permanent copy.
02/Can more than one person work on the checklist?
The page is a personal working copy. For a team, download the PDF and assign sections — the printed document can be signed and dated on the front page.
03/Do I have to complete every item?
Sections G and I are conditional — skip them if you have no staff accounts and only sell walk-in retail. Everything else is worth doing before you take real sales, because the first month's reports depend on it.
04/Where is the original document?
The PDF download on this page is the official Bahasa Melayu Senarai Semak Onboarding — DNA by SenangUrus as issued. This interactive page is an English working copy of the same eleven sections and fifty-seven items.
05/What if I get stuck on a step?
Call the onboarding desk during business hours with the section letter and item number. If it is a printing or syncing problem, tell us the device model — it is usually a pairing setting rather than a system fault.
06/Is the same checklist used for SenangUrus Business and 360?
No. This checklist covers DNA store onboarding. Business and 360 engagements are scoped individually, with a written implementation plan covering entities, data migration and training by site.
