Zoho Books Integration
Sync customers, invoices and items with Zoho Books
What it does
Customer, invoice and product records are synchronised between Zoho Books and SenangUrus 360, with item names carried across so invoice lines line up on both sides. Matching customer names update the existing Zoho Books record instead of creating a second one. Several organisations and regions can be handled in the same setup, and older data can be migrated.
Who uses it
Finance and accounts staff who keep their ledgers in Zoho Books and their sales and stock records in SenangUrus 360.
Where it fits
An invoice raised for a customer is synchronised to Zoho Books with its item names intact, so the accounting entry and the sales record describe the same sale. Existing customers are matched rather than duplicated, which leaves one customer record behind the invoice, the payment and the sales history.
