What it does
Xero organisations, customers, invoices and payments are synchronised with SenangUrus 360, and more than one organisation can be handled at the same time. Product and commodity codes, item descriptions and tax lines travel with each invoice so both systems show the same figures. Account mapping options decide which Xero accounts invoices and payments are posted to.
Who uses it
Finance staff and accountants who keep their books in Xero and raise customer invoices and payments in SenangUrus 360.
Where it fits
Customer and product records are exchanged with Xero during invoice synchronisation, and related products are imported so invoice lines match the stock and sales records behind them. Account mapping keeps invoice and payment postings pointing at the right Xero accounts from the same customer record.
