What it does
Store the passwords, licence keys, server logins and card details a team shares, each encrypted in your own database. Entries can be organised in a category tree, attached to contracts and projects, and shared with staff or clients at two permission levels. Expiry warnings, change notifications and an activity log keep access accountable.
Who uses it
IT administrators, team leads and support staff who need shared credentials without loose spreadsheets.
Where it fits
Sharing follows the same category tree as contracts and projects, so access is granted alongside the work it belongs to. Staff and client records already in the system decide who can see each entry, with no separate user list to maintain.
