Quality Management

Catch defects before they reach your customers

What it does

Quality Management places inspection points at the operations that matter, covering manufacturing, receipt, transfer and delivery. Checks are generated automatically from those points or raised by hand, and inspectors record pass or fail results, measurements and photos. A failed check raises an alert that moves through verification, proposed action and resolution.

Who uses it

Quality inspectors, production supervisors and warehouse managers who own control points and the alerts they raise.

Where it fits

Checks attach to manufacturing, receiving, transfer and delivery activity, so results sit against the same inventory records that hold the stock. Passed and failed quantities appear in warehouse views, and alerts route corrective work to the team responsible for the material.
