What it does
Hold discussions inside the platform and pull the right people and records into them with @ mentions and # tags. A topic can point at a task, a project, a contract, an invoice, a payment or a support ticket, and mentioning a contact brings the customer into the thread. Anyone named gets an in-app notification plus an email, and customers can take part from the client portal.
