Run payroll from kept records instead of spreadsheets
What it does
Build each pay run from employee profiles, attendance, commissions, deductions, KPI bonuses, insurance and income tax settings. Payslips are produced from templates and kept against the employee record. Payroll, income and insurance cost reports summarise the run for approval and filing.
Who uses it
Payroll officers, HR administrators and finance managers who prepare and approve monthly pay.
Where it fits
Payroll pulls attendance, leave and commission data from the other people modules, and the resulting earnings, deductions and employer costs can be mapped into accounting. Payslips and pay history stay visible on each employee profile.
