Warehouse Management
Warehouses, transfers and a clear stock trail
This module extends the core stock handling with a warehouse structure: store rooms are added as the business needs them, each holding its own quantities and low-stock thresholds. Goods moving between locations are recorded as transfers, and every movement is written to a log so the trail from purchase to counter can be followed.

Where it fits in the business
Warehouse Management is an add-on, switched on in addition to the core edition, and it deepens the stock module rather than replacing it. Counter sales, purchasing and stock counts continue as before, but quantities can now be split across store rooms and branches, with transfers, movement logs and warehouse reporting layered on top.
Stock controllers and warehouse clerks who receive, move and count goods, plus the purchaser who needs to know what is on hand before ordering. Outlet supervisors check their own store room levels, and owners of wholesale or multi-location businesses use the reports to see where stock is sitting.
