What it does

The store portal gives owners and outlet managers a browser dashboard over the same records the counters write to. Sales show up as they happen, stock levels move as goods are sold, and orders can be tracked through to fulfilment. Product and inventory tools sit alongside role-based access and performance reports.

Where it fits in the business

Store Portal is an add-on that extends the core edition. You switch it on in addition to the counter and back office you already run, and it reads the same records rather than holding a copy. It complements Multi-Store And Multi-Warehouse by putting that location structure in front of the owner in a browser, with sales, stock and orders in one view.

Owners and outlet managers who spend the day away from the till and want the position of every branch on one screen. Head office supervisors use the reports and order tracking, and senior staff are given role-based access so they see only the outlets they are responsible for.

02/Does it work with several outlets?
Yes. It runs on the same product, customer, stock and account records as the rest of the edition, and access can be limited to one outlet or opened across all of them.
03/What does setup involve?
Configuration of the module around your documents and process, migration of the data it depends on (products, suppliers, customers, opening stock or balances), permissions per role, and training for the staff who will use it daily.
04/Can it be tailored?
Documents, fields, approval steps and reports are configurable. Where a requirement is genuinely unique to your business, custom work is scoped separately and quoted before it starts.
