A completed sale prints a thermal receipt at the outlet, and the same transaction can be issued as an invoice when the customer asks for one. Templates decide how each document looks, and a receipt can be printed again if the first copy is lost.

Where it fits in the business

Every sale finished at the counter ends with a document, and this module produces it. It takes the completed transaction from Counter Sales And Billing, applies the template the outlet uses, and sends it to the thermal printer. The invoices issued here carry the amounts that Accounting Ledger And Expenses later reports on.

Counter staff who print receipts during service, and the outlet person who keeps paper and printer in order. Owners or supervisors set the templates once, then leave the printing to the till and the staff working it.
