What it does

Build a campaign from the customer records you already keep, write the wording once as a template, and set rules to decide when it goes out. Choose which channel carries it, whether that is messaging, email or SMS. A rule can fire on an event you select, so repeat buyers hear from you without anyone remembering to send. Each run is recorded in a log.

Where it fits in the business

An extension on top of the DNA core edition, this add-on reads the customer records that the core already holds and adds sending on top of it. The core keeps customers, sales and balances; the add-on adds templates, rules, channel settings and send history, so you market to the same records your counter staff use.

Owners and marketing staff at SMEs with a repeat customer base, such as mini-markets, pharmacies and service businesses. One person usually writes the template and sets the rules, then reads the log to see which campaigns went out.
