What it does

This add-on links a marketplace or e-commerce platform to your SenangUrus records over API and webhooks. Your products, categories, customers, orders and coupons come across, and status travels both ways so the shop counter and the online channel agree. It handles seller catalogues and your own in-house catalogue too. Staff work from one order list rather than switching between screens.

Where it fits in the business

Switched on in addition to the DNA core edition, this connector sits between the core order and stock screens and an outside marketplace. The core keeps your product list, pricing, orders and customers; the extension pulls the online side in and pushes status back out, so the same order shows in both places.

Sellers who run a shop and also trade on an online marketplace. The person handling online orders checks new ones in the morning, while counter staff see the same order status and stock levels. Owners use it to stop double entry between the two channels.

It is part of the SenangUrus DNA module library. Core modules are included in the subscription; add-on modules are quoted separately and switched on for the business that needs them. Either way it is configured during implementation, not left to you to set up.
02/Does it work with several outlets?
Yes. It runs on the same product, customer, stock and account records as the rest of the edition, and access can be limited to one outlet or opened across all of them.
03/What does setup involve?
Configuration of the module around your documents and process, migration of the data it depends on (products, suppliers, customers, opening stock or balances), permissions per role, and training for the staff who will use it daily.
04/Can it be tailored?
