What it does

Product photos, banners, QR assets and barcodes sit in one central place alongside scanned invoices, receipts and payment proofs from the counter. Upload a file once and the same copy serves the till, the customer portal and the online shop. If files cannot be fetched from the hosted library, the system falls back to local copies so staff keep working. The library stays in order as the catalogue grows.

Switched on alongside the DNA core edition, this add-on feeds the core till, portal and online shop with files from a single library. The core keeps products, bills and documents in its records; the extension stores the images and files those screens display, so each channel pulls the same version instead of its own copy.

Shop owners and their back-office staff who upload product photos and scan paperwork. The person maintaining the catalogue adds images once, counter staff attach receipts and payment proofs, and no one has to hunt for a file on a particular terminal.

It is part of the SenangUrus DNA module library. Core modules are included in the subscription; add-on modules are quoted separately and switched on for the business that needs them. Either way it is configured during implementation, not left to you to set up.
02/Does it work with several outlets?
Yes. It runs on the same product, customer, stock and account records as the rest of the edition, and access can be limited to one outlet or opened across all of them.
03/What does setup involve?
Configuration of the module around your documents and process, migration of the data it depends on (products, suppliers, customers, opening stock or balances), permissions per role, and training for the staff who will use it daily.
04/Can it be tailored?
Documents, fields, approval steps and reports are configurable. Where a requirement is genuinely unique to your business, custom work is scoped separately and quoted before it starts.
