AI Bill Capture
Read a supplier bill straight from a photo
Upload or photograph a supplier bill, receipt or quotation and the system reads off the lines. Each line is matched to the products you already keep, using names, codes and barcodes, and anything unmatched can become a new product on the spot. Staff use it on phone or at the portal in purchase entry, quotations and quick sale. A review screen comes before posting.

Where it fits in the business
An extension switched on over the DNA core edition, this add-on feeds the core screens where you enter a purchase, prepare a quotation or ring up a quick sale. The core keeps suppliers, products and stock movements; the extension adds the camera or upload step and the reading of supplier paperwork, then hands the confirmed lines to those same core screens.
Purchasing and counter staff at shops that take in supplier bills daily, such as mini-markets, pharmacies and wholesalers. Whoever keys in the bill photographs it first, checks the lines on the review screen, and creates any missing product without leaving the entry form.
