Create and edit spreadsheets inside the platform rather than in a separate application. Each sheet opens in an editor with a folder tree beside it, so a working file sits where the team expects to find it. Excel files can be uploaded or downloaded, and access can be granted to individual staff or to whole roles.

Working files such as stock counts, outlet reconciliations and expense workings sit beside the records they describe, instead of living on a personal drive. Because a spreadsheet is shared through the same user and role list that governs the rest of the platform, head office can see who holds access to which file.

Used by accounts, operations and admin staff who prepare working figures for the business. Access can be limited to one user or opened to a role, which suits teams sharing a template across outlets.
