SenangUrus Business

The operations hub for multi-outlet and franchise businesses

Built for growing Malaysian SMEs: several outlets, a shared warehouse, a counter team, a back office and — often — franchisees. SenangUrus Business runs the outlets, stock, accounts, payroll and head-office control on one database, with 14 modules switched on as the group needs them.

Where it sits

Above the single-business core, below the enterprise suite

SenangUrus DNA runs one business. SenangUrus 360 runs a group with manufacturing, projects and analytics. SenangUrus Business sits between them: multiple outlets, several sets of books and the operating modules an established SME actually uses.

One database

Outlet, warehouse and head office read the same records

A sale at the counter, a transfer between outlets, a service job and a payroll run all post to the same product, customer and account records. That is what makes outlet comparison and month-end a report rather than a reconciliation exercise.

Channels & integrations

Where the outlets meet the rest of the business

Online storefronts

List products, sync stock and pull orders from your web store into the same stock and accounts as the outlets.

APIs & external tools

Expose catalogue, stock, sales and customer data to the tools your group already runs.

AI assistance

Ask the platform to draft, summarise or look things up using the records in front of you.

Mobile for owners & field staff

Check sales, stock and approvals away from the counter, on the same records.

Who uses it

Four audiences, one set of records

Outlet & counter staff

Sell, take payment, handle returns, book service jobs and check stock at their own location.

Head office finance

Outlet books, purchases, payables, receivables, bank reconciliation, assets and payroll in one ledger.

Stock & purchasing

Transfers between outlets, purchase orders, receiving, stock takes and valuation.

Owners & franchise managers

Outlet comparison, licence and access control, and the numbers behind each location.

FAQ

Before you book a demo

01/How many outlets can we run?
A business account can contain several locations — outlets, warehouses or storefronts — with stock and users scoped per location. The standard plan covers three business accounts, and further accounts or logins are added as the group grows.
02/Can franchisees see each other's numbers?
No. Each business is its own account with its own books and users. Head office sees everything through the group view, while a franchisee signs in to their own business only.
03/Do we have to use every module?
No. Modules are switched on as the operation needs them. Most groups start with the counter, stock, accounts and payroll, then add projects, assets, online channels or the mobile app later.
04/How does this compare with SenangUrus 360?
360 adds manufacturing planning, project costing at enterprise depth, volume licensing and the full 45-module suite. If your group needs MRP or multi-company consolidation across many entities, 360 is the better fit — we will say so if that is your case.
05/What about e-Invoice?
e-Invoice (MyInvois) submission is part of the platform and included in the plan. Configuration for your outlets and document types is handled during implementation.
06/Do you support our existing accounting file?
Yes — opening balances, customers, suppliers, products and stock are migrated and reconciled with your finance team as part of the rollout.
