Product Lifecycle Management

Control every product revision from design to release

What it does

Product Lifecycle Management tracks product data, bills of materials and routings through every revision. Engineering change orders move through defined stages, each type carrying its own approval rules. BOMs and routings keep a version history showing what changed, when it changed and which engineer signed it off, with dashboards covering pending updates and open changes.

Functions in this module

  • ECO Type Definitions
  • Staged Approval Rules
  • Version Tracked Products
  • Product Variant Control

Where it fits on the platform

Product master data feeds the sales item and inventory records used elsewhere, so pricing and stock work from the latest released revision. Approved changes update the routings production runs against and keep purchasing aligned with the components a build actually needs.

Engineering, production, purchasing and quality teams who raise, review and approve product changes.

Included in SenangUrus 360

Questions

About the Product Lifecycle Management module

01/Is Product Lifecycle Management included in SenangUrus 360?
Yes — it is part of the SenangUrus 360 module library. Your plan determines how many business accounts and users you have; the module itself is switched on during implementation.
02/Can we run this module on its own?
It runs inside SenangUrus 360 and uses the platform's shared records — customers, products, accounts and users. That is what keeps reporting consistent instead of needing an integration.
03/What does setup involve?
Configuration of the module for your process, migration of the data it depends on, permissions per role, and training for the people who will use it daily.
04/Can it be tailored?
Documents, approval steps, fields and reports can be configured. Where a requirement is genuinely unique, custom development is scoped separately.
