45 modules. One database. Your whole operation.

SenangUrus 360 is the enterprise edition of our ERP, deployed in-premise: the server runs on your network, under your own security policy, with sales, finance, supply chain, production, assets, people, documents and analytics on one platform. Switch on the modules your operation needs, and add the rest as it grows.

Why one platform

Ten modules should not mean ten integrations

Most operations suites are built by connecting separate products: stock in one, invoicing in another, people in a third, and a reporting tool on top. Every connection is a place where numbers drift apart.

SenangUrus 360 runs the whole set on one database with one permission model and one audit trail. Reporting does not need a reconciliation step, and staff do not need to learn six interfaces.

01

Start with the core

Finance, sales and inventory for the first phase. Most teams are live on these in days, not quarters.

02

Add the operation

Production, procurement, assets, projects and logistics as the processes mature.

03

Add the people layer

HR records, payroll, timesheets, leave and recruitment, connected to the same cost centres.

04

Then the intelligence

Report builder, dashboards and analytics once the underlying data is clean.

Integrations

Bring your existing accounts with you

Where finance already runs on another accounting system, SenangUrus 360 keeps it in step: documents and balances synchronise both ways, so your accountant keeps working in the tool they know.

  • QuickBooks
  • Xero
  • Zoho Books
  • Sage
  • FreshBooks

Third-party names are the property of their respective owners. Integration scope depends on your plan and is confirmed during implementation.

01

Two-way document sync

Invoices, payments and credit notes created in either system appear in the other.

02

Chart of accounts mapping

Map your accounts once, then let the platform post consistently.

03

Reconciliation the same day

Balances agree without a month-end export exercise.

04

Rolled out by our team

We configure and test the connection with your accountant during implementation.

Who uses it

Built for the whole management team

Owners & directors

Consolidated results, cash position and margin by entity, branch or product line.

Finance

Ledgers, receivables, payables, banking, fixed assets, tax and e-Invoice.

Operations

Stock, purchasing, production planning, assets, logistics and service jobs.

People & sales

Payroll, attendance, recruitment, pipeline, quotations and commissions.

FAQ

Questions about the suite

01/Do we pay per module?
No. SenangUrus 360 includes the whole library of 45 modules. What changes between plans is scale — business accounts, user logins and the support and rollout level — not access to modules.
02/Can we start with only a few modules?
Yes, and most customers do. Finance, sales and inventory first; production, HR, projects and analytics later. Modules are switched on and permissioned as you need them.
03/How does the data stay consistent across modules?
Every module writes to the same database and the same customer, product, account and user records. There is no nightly synchronisation between products, so reports do not need reconciling.
04/What about our accountant's existing software?
If finance already runs on QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Sage or FreshBooks, we connect SenangUrus 360 to it so documents and balances stay in step while your accountant keeps their working tools.
05/How long does a rollout take?
A single-site business typically goes live on the core modules in one to two weeks. Multi-site groups and manufacturers are phased by site, with a written plan and timeline agreed after discovery.
06/Can modules be tailored?
Documents, fields, approval steps and reports can be configured to your process. Custom development is scoped separately when a requirement is genuinely unique.
